Terms And Conditions
1. Booking and Payment:
– To secure a booking, a non-refundable or refundable deposit is required. Refund depends on promotion.
– Full payment must be made [15 weeks] prior to the departure date.
– Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by Luxs Voyage.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
– In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
– 25% of the total package price if canceled [14 weeks] prior to the departure date.
– [50%]of the total package price if canceled within [10 Weeks] of the departure date.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within [6 weeks] of the departure date or for no-shows.
3. Travel Insurance:
– Luxs Voyage highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
– It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain suitable travel insurance coverage.
4. Changes to Itinerary:
– Luxs Voyage reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
– Every effort will be made to provide similar alternatives, but Luxs Voyage cannot guarantee availability or exact match.
5. Travel Documents:
– It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits, are valid and up to date.
– Luxs Voyage will not be held responsible for any costs or delays resulting from inadequate or incorrect documentation.
6. Health and Safety:
– Luxs Voyage strongly advises travelers to consult with their healthcare providers regarding vaccinations and other health-related precautions before traveling.
– It is the traveler’s responsibility to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by local authorities during the trip.
7. Disclaimer of Liability:
– Luxs Voyage acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and various service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
– Luxs Voyage will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any third-party service provider or force majeure events.
